illegal passing

1 A sign that is rectangular and white that says do not pass. The road could be a narrow.

2 If the yellow line on your side of the road is solid because of a curve may be coming up.

3 The road is going up hill. When going up a hill you cant see what ahead of it. There is no passing within 700 to 1000 ft. before you get to the top of the hill.

4 Intersection. No passing within 100 ft. of an intersection, if you passed you could most likely get hit because of the cars going different ways.

5 Railroad, the road is more narrow and cars are coming the other way.

6 Two lane bridge or under pass, There might not have a shoulder to give a escape area.

7 Weather conditions, it harder for you to see by fog or snow.

8 On coming traffic is too close, you wouldn't b able to complete the pass and you would get into a head on collision.
